Cooperstown and All-Star Trading Pins
Your team's summer tournament can be a magical experience. Let's face it... most of our kids playing travel baseball will experience their best baseball experiences and memories around the 12u year mark before the field gets bigger.
Pin trading is a big part of that memory. My three son's still have their pins from All-Stars and Cooperstown. Pintastic Collectibles would love to be a part of that memory for your team.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Typical timeframe: Custom Soft Enamel Pins can take between 3-6 weeks for production and shipping from the date of artwork approval. If your team needs the trading pins by summer, we recommend starting the process in January or February. However, if you act fast enough, we can start production within 3-4 days and you can receive your order within 4 weeks.
The Ideal Process
January/February - Start the Custom Pin ordering process.
March (beginning) - Approve the estimate from the Custom Pin Company of your choice.
March (end) - Approve the artwork.
May (mid) - Receive your Custom Trading Pins.
Fee Schedule: Upon approval of the Custom Pin Estimate, a deposit of $200 will be due to begin the artwork. 50% will be due upon approval of artwork. The balance will be due before we ship the final product out to you.
Artwork Process: After consultation with our design team, you will receive the first drafts within 4-5 days. We allow unlimited revisions after the first draft. In most cases, the 2nd draft is exactly what your team desired.
Recommendation: The design process will be very difficult if you're consulting with each parent on your team. We recommend that 2-3 volunteers make up the "design committee" for your team. Complete this form with your design committee and start the process. If you want, show the first draft to the team, but the "design committee" should have final say on revisions and approvals.
How many should you order?? We recommend 50 per player. Some will be active pin traders and will need 100+. Some kids are very shy and won't trade any pins. You may also want to ask whether siblings will be trading pins. Some siblings really get into it.
